Carlo Ratti, director of the Senseable City Lab at MIT, shows various projects he and his lab conducted around the theme of sensed data (mobile phone, flickr pictures) and how they allow to reveal new information layer on top of urban space and or lead to new experience for citizens. A film for 4th Estate Publishers' 25th Anniversary. Produced by Apt Studio and Asylum Films.
The film was produced in stop-motion over 3 weeks in Autumn 2008. Each scene was shot on a home-made dolly by an insane bunch of animators; you can see time-lapse films of each sequence being prepared and shot in our other films.

Prototype is Rex's first tune. It was made for fun with KORG 700S (a synthesizer that we bought from a man in north of Britain) and 2 drum sounds from the sampler (kick und clap!).
Some people like this tune and we have much thanks to give to these people. Some people say it is useless.
